
Our mission at Bliss Care is to create an environment that’s the best place to live for our residents and the best place to work for our team. We focus intently on the feelings and experiences of the people living and working in our care homes.

No two people are the same and neither is our care. We spend time getting to know each resident’s likes and dislikes, daily routines and life story, so that we can provide personalised care that goes beyond expectations.
We regularly seek feedback from residents, relatives, and our teams. By listening carefully and acting on what we hear, we continuously improve our homes and the experiences of those who live and work in them.
We recruit people with the right values and attitude, then provide the training, support, and development they need to thrive. We also invest heavily in our leaders because we believe outstanding leadership is the foundation of outstanding care.
Our homes are an active part of the local community. Through partnerships with schools, charities, entertainers, community groups, and local organisations, residents enjoy meaningful connections and opportunities beyond the walls of our homes.
Wellbeing is at the heart of what we do. Each of our homes has a dedicated Wellbeing Coordinator who creates a varied programme of activities, events, outings, and experiences tailored to residents’ interests, helping them stay active, engaged, and connected.
